Statistics Denmark free on www.statbank.dk
Curious to know whether Danish trade has increased with Israel, Myanmar (Burma) or Iraq in recent years? Is it true that there are many foreigners in Denmark? Which countries do the immigrants come from? Or maybe you want to check the Danish national accounts?

The answers are all available free of charge on Statistics Denmark's online website at www.statbank.dk
The Statbank Denmark - where you can find most published statistics - has now been translated into English.
Here you can find information about the population, elections, external trade, national accounts and agriculture.

"Statbank Denmark was introduced to the Danish customers a few years ago. Since it has been extremely succesful, we want to open this service for English-speaking users too," says Chief Advisor Annegrete Wulff, Dissemination Centre at Statistics Denmark.

Users that need the same data every month or quarter can subscribe to Statbank Denmark's data shooting service and receive an e-mail with updated tables at the release time 9:30 a.m.

Statbank Denmark covers most all official statistics. However, some statistical areas can be described in even more detail - information that is not available online.

If you need really detailed information or need to combine different statistic, please contact Statistics Denmark by phone (+45) 39 17 39 17 or by www.dst.dk/contact.
For tailor-made statistics and data shooting there is a charge.
